Last week, the Planning Commission held its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 3. A revised data center (DCPUD) ordinance returned to the agenda for consideration. We will update when the ordinance is expected to be brought before the City Council.

This update follows the fourth Special Joint Workshop of the Planning Commission and City Council on Monday, November 10, 2025. At the workshop, officials reviewed the latest revision of the draft ordinance. The draft ordinance is expected to be brought to the Planning Commission for a public hearing on December 2, 2025.
