The City Council held a regular meeting on Monday, March 10. Here are the highlights:
- Spring Egg Dive Registration Open! For more information & to register: MonticelloMN.gov/653/Spring-Egg-Dive
- Food Drive for Monticello Help Center: Now through March 23, drop off non-perishable food items at City Hall, MCC, Hi-Way Liquors or the DMV! For a full list of needed items, visit MonticelloMN.gov/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=474
- Investing in Clean Water: The City Council approved a resolution supporting funding for a new Water Treatment Plant to remove manganese and iron from Monticello’s drinking water. With $11M secured, efforts continue to secure more state and federal funding.
